We are a fully-licensed and fully-insured mobile bartending service, which means you stock the bar and we bring the bar to you. Black Label Bar can provide professional bartending services, picture-perfect bar rentals, or both. Our charismatic and TIPS-certified bartenders and charming bar rentals are the perfect addition to any event!
You pick out your drink selections and we'll take care of almost everything else.
Our Process
So how do we work with our clients? We have been able to refine our process after hosting so many spectacular events. Each step is important to ensure that both parties have all the information necessary to execute the beverage experience of your dreams!
That being said, every event is unique and we will do whatever we need to exceed your expectations. For most events, you can expect the following steps:
Step One:
Custom Proposal
Submit an inquiry with the information required, we’ll create a personalized proposal and send it to you. The proposal is customizable, so please let us know if there are any changes you would like to make - we are happy to adjust the proposal until it is perfect for you!
Step Two:
Beverage Consult
About 90 days (or sooner) before your event, we will speak with you to go over what type of drinkers you and your guests are, service times, event/venue information - all those details. If you’ve chosen the cocktail service package, we will also talk about your cocktail preferences so we can build a custom cocktail selection menu for you to choose from.
Step Three:
Event Execution
This is the day you’ve been waiting for - and we’ve been preparing for! On the day of your event, we will arrive and set up by the agreed-upon time, ready and excited to take care of you and your guests. You? You can sit back, mingle, and enjoy your event while sipping a delicious drink. What more could you ask for!
Service Packages
Pop & Pour Service Package
In this service package, we'll serve up your favorite, bottled or canned alcoholic beverages. Beer, Wine, Seltzer, or Ciders we'll help you craft the perfect sans-spirits bar menu.
Liquor, mixed drinks and cocktail service are not included in this package.
+Cocktails Service Package
Whether you are looking for the "full bar" experience or unique signature craft cocktails or some combination of both, this service package is for you. We help you create a cocktail menu fit for the occasion!

Camper Bar Service Packages
Swap the Copper Pop-up Bar for our Vintage 1969 Camper Bar. Whether your looking for a inviting space for your guests, back drop for photos, or a unique focal point your guests will remember for years to come, Babe is your girl! She comes dressed and ready to go with décor and a 2-3 seat lounge area and increases the guest to bartender ratio!

Just like every event is unique, every quote is custom! At Black Label Bar, we work hard to ensure that our services best meet the needs of our customers, and that may look a little different for each event. Our pricing scale is based on the following event elements; number of guests, service hours, venue location and logistics, menu selections and rental options.
